Terms of Service
1. Who provides the service
Family Blueprint (the “Service”) is provided by Dad Stone, founder of Family Blueprint (an individual) in Thailand (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected] or LINE ID stonestonestonestone.
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is, and is not
Family Blueprint works out an energy chart using the Human Design system from a date, time and place of birth, and turns it into a guide, daily notes, articles and age-based development content to help parents notice themselves and their children.
- It is not prediction, fortune-telling, diagnosis, therapy, or medical or psychological advice.
- Human Design has not been scientifically proven; we use it only as a frame for noticing.
- If you are worried about a child's health, development, attention or mental health, please talk to a paediatrician or a specialist.
- Parenting decisions are yours. Where something does not fit your child, trust what you really see.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 20 years old or otherwise of legal age under Thai law.
- Information you enter must be true to the best of your knowledge, and you are responsible for access to your account.
- The Service is currently in invitation-only early access; we may open or close invitations at our discretion.
4. Family members and children
You may enter another person's details only if you are the parent or guardian of that child, or have that person's consent. Children should not create or use an account themselves. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Plans, payment and renewal
- Prices and what each plan includes are on the Pricing page, in Thai baht.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Card: monthly or yearly plans renew automatically at the same price each period until you cancel.
- PromptPay: you pay in advance for 1 month or 1 year; nothing renews automatically. If you do not renew, the account returns to Free Blueprint and your data is kept.
- If prices change we will tell you at least 30 days ahead; new prices apply from the next period only.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. All refund terms are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Consultations and family reports
Consultations and report packs are one-time services, booked in advance. Rescheduling and cancellation follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy. What we discuss is a reflection, not a diagnosis.
8. Intellectual property
The text, illustrations, design and software of the Service belong to us or our licensors. You may use the content for your own family. You may not copy, sell, distribute or build another service from it without our written permission. The information you enter remains yours.
9. What you may not do
- Use the Service unlawfully or enter someone's details without the right to do so.
- Try to access other accounts or systems, or disrupt the Service.
- Scrape or bulk-copy content with automated tools.
- Share an account with people outside your household.
10. Liability
We work to keep the Service accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of its content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event, except where the law says otherwise.
11. Closing an account
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why where we can.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For important changes we will notify you in the app or by email at least 30 days in advance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
